American Society for Clinical Investigation - the ASCI is an honor society of physician-scientists, those who translate findings in the laboratory to the advancement of clinical practice. Founded in 1908, the Society is home to more than 2,600 members who are in the upper ranks of academic and corporate healthcare.

American Association of Petroleum Geologists - founded in 1917, the American Association of Petroleum Geologists is currently the world's largest professional geological society.

American Society of Agronomy - the ASA is dedicated to the development of agriculture enabled by science, in harmony with environmental and human values. The Society supports scientific, educational and professional activities to enhance communication and technology transfer among agronomists and those in related disciplines on topics of local, regional, national and international significance.

American Society of Clinical Pathologists - the ASCP is a not-for-profit medical society organized exclusively for educational, scientific and charitable purposes. Its mission is to promote public health and safety by the appropriate application of pathology and laboratory medicine, and to serve as the national resource to enhance the quality of pathology and laboratory medicine.

American Society of Human Genetics - the American Society of Human Genetics (ASHG), founded in 1948, is the primary professional membership organization for human geneticists in North America. Over 5,000 members include researchers, academicians, clinicians, laboratory practice professionals, genetic counselors, nurses and others involved in human genetics.

Association of Women in Science - with over 75 chapters, AWIS is the largest multidisciplinary science organization for women in the United States.

Biophysical Society - a professional organization with nearly 7,000 members in the US and 45+ countries, the Society encourages development and dissemination of knowledge in biophysics through its journal, Biophysical Journal, an annual meeting, smaller discussions workshops, subgroups, newsletters and outreach programs conducted by Society committees.

National Academy of Science - a private, non-profit, self-perpetuating society of distinguished scholars engaged in scientific and engineering research, dedicated to the furtherance of science and technology and to their use for the general welfare.

Radiation Research Society - organization developed to encourage in the broadest manner the advancement of radiation research in all areas of the natural sciences and facilitate cooperative research between the disciplines of physics, chemistry, biology and medicine in the study of the properties and effects of radiation.

Federation of American Scientists - an honor society for science and engineering professionals.

Ecological Society of America - a non-partisan, nonprofit organization of scientists founded in 1915 to promote ecological science by improving communication among ecologists. The Society seeks to raise the public's level of awareness of the importance of ecological science and increase the resources available for the conduct of ecological science.

National Association of Environmental Professionals - the multidisciplinary association dedicated to the advancement of the environmental professions in the U.S. and abroad.

The Society for Food Science and Technology - The Institute of Food Technologists advances the science and technology of food through the exchange of knowledge.
