Clinical Consultant/Business Development

One of the Clinical Consultant/Business Developers will work in North Carolina RTP area while the other will work in Northern and/or Southern California. The successful candidate will play a key role as part of a team working towards the development of clientele and candidates.

Responsibilities include:
- Identify, market, and recruit qualified clinical research employee candidates
- Build business relationships with Senior Level scientific and clinical research professionals
- Grow/Manage a multi-million dollar budget, including 2-5 branch employees functioning in recruiting sales and administration

Qualifications include:
- BS in Life Science, Health Science or related field
- 2+ years experience in CRO, Pharma or Biotech industry working in business development, clinical trials project management, clinical trial contracts management, clinical science, medical or regulatory affairs, etc.
- Thorough knowledge of clinical research including a broad understanding of the entire clinical development pipeline
